Chopsticks

Chopsticks are eating utensils that have been used in East Asia for over 6,000 years. They can be made from a variety of materials including bamboo, plastic, stainless steel, and even ivory. A study in 2003 said that regular use of chopsticks by the elderly may increase the risk of osteoarthritis in the hand.

Yinxu

The Yinxu is the ruins of the last capital city, Yin, of the Shang dynasty. The city's remains were discovered in 1899 and is one of china's oldest and largest archaeological sites. They have found 80 foundation sites of buildings including palaces, shrines, tombs, and workshops.

Wu Ding

Wu Ding was a king during the Shang Dynasty. He was thought to be little more than oral legend until oracle bone scripts were found in the ruins of Yin that were written during his reign. Was regarded as one of the best kings during the Shang Dynasty.

Oracle Bone Script

Oracle Bone Script is Chinese characters found on animal bones. This is the earliest form of Chinese writing and date back to the late 2nd millennium BC. The writing itself was more pictographic.
